The drawing shows a  BEKAwind SINGLE central lubrication system for 3 blade bearings with each 6 lub points.

The system consists of

• electrical piston pump EP-1RS
• 3 UEN distributors with each 6 outlets
• a pressure switch with manometer
• the necessary tubes and fittings.

The lubrication system is controlled and monitored by the central controller of the wind converter. The lubricant is supplied as long into the main line, as the switching pressure of the pressure switch, which is situated at the end of the longest feed line, is reached.

To achieve the switching-over of the distributor, the pump and the 2/2 way solenoid valve are switched off to release the pressure line. The remaining lubricant is delivered back to the reservoir.

The lubricating system is protected by a pressure relief valve with return flow to the reservoir. The reservoir is equipped with a level switch.

Electric piston pump EP-1RS

The electric piston pump EP-1RS was designed especially for the operation in wind converters.

Caused by follower piston in the reservoir, the pump can be installed in each position. If the pump is installed in rotating parts like the rotor, the follower piston should be supported by the centrifugal force.

The pump element with desmodromic drive and the agitator in the reservoir guarantee an ideal suction performance even under difficult circumstances.

Single line distributor type UEN

The single line distributor type UEN consists of initial element, metering element(s) and end element.

The disk design of the distributor allows the compilation of the distributor disks with up to 10 metering elements to achieve an ideal adaptation of the lubrication to the requirements of the wind converter.

Caused by the piston control of the distributor, which needs no rubber parts, high system pressures are possible. The high reset force of the metering piston guarantees the operational reliability of the distributor even with long lines or low temperatures.
