Metering Valves Pressure Build-up
The lubricant comes over channel 1, lifts up collar 2 and flows into chamber 3.
Piston 4 is moved against spring 6 and the lubricant is delivered to metering chamber 5.
The pressure build-up continues as long as piston 4 has reached its final position.
Metering Valves Pressure Release
After the lubricant supply, the pump is switched off and the pressure line is released. Collar 2 goes back into its initial position.
Piston 4 presses the lubricant volume from chamber 3 and chamber 9 into the metering chamber.
Metering Valves Operating Principle
The brushes have to be shortened according to the width of the conveyor belt.
The lubricant is delivered by a transversal bore to the dripping holes.
